1:1 sessions

Charlotte is a comprehensively trained Pilates Instructor under the Balanced Body Teacher Training Program. Using the pilates principles alongside other somatic approaches such as Alexander Technique and Bartenieff Fundamentals, she works with clients of all ages to help guide them toward a consistent and personalized movement practice. Charlotte believes that movement is a metabolism, and she integrates a blend of customized strength training and mindfulness exercises to help her students connect to their bodies - and empower themselves.

Sessions are currently available in the privacy of your own home, in person or virtually.
